Address and Directions

Our address is ABQPartySpace 300 Menaul Blvd NW Suite 200 corner of Menaul and 4th inside the Dollar Tree/4th and Menaul Parking Lot. From I 25 get off at Menaul Blvd go west to 4th St and make a left. Go about 500 feet and make a left into the parking lot. Pass our large white sign right after the car wash and The Dollar Tree and we are on your left. South side of the building. From I 4o East, take 4th St exit make a left and make your first left into the parking lot. From I 40 West get off at 6th St  – Right to Menaul, right on Menaul to 4th St, Right on 4th, Left into Dollar Tree Parking Lot and drive between the Dollar Tree and the Car Wash..

Bar Service Pricing

If you would like to serve alcohol you need
Insurance, a bartender and an additional security person. It’s $120 for a 3 hour event, $160 for a 4 hour
event and $200 for a 5 hour event.
Appointments and Tours
We can show you the rooms any time there is not a party going on. Typically we are open Mon-Wed 11-4, Thurs is late night, 11-7, Friday til the parties start, typically around 6 and Sat/Sun before the parties from 10:30 AM til about 11:45.

Deposit Policy

Typically we require roughly 25% down. Since we round, it may be slightly more or less. You can pay the balance either in one payment 30 days before the event or you may call us and make small weekly or monthly flexible payments. We can work with you to make sure you can make payments the way you want that are convenient for you.

Discount Policy

If the host or the guest of honor is military, APD or AFD we will gladly provide you with a 10% discount. We are not allowed to combine this with any other special offers so for example if you purchased a party room on sale due to someone’s cancellation, we cannot afford you the 10% on top of that.
All that said, we try our best to accommodate the people who protect and serve.

Enchilada Tasting

We offer HOT AND DELICIOUS ENCHILADAS!
Authentic, family, home-style, chicken/pork green/red enchiladas. The creamiest, most popular, most delicious enchiladas with heaping pans of fluffy rice and hearty beans. Our prices average about 30-50% lower than anywhere in town.
50-60 people, enchiladas beans and rice, $420. With Sodas, utensils and servers, $500.
75-90 people, enchiladas beans and rice, $630. With Sodas, utensils and servers, $730.
100-120 people, enchiladas beans and rice, $840. With Sodas, utensils and servers, $960.
140-150 people, enchiladas beans and rice, $1050. With Sodas, utensils and servers, $1190.

Face Painter

We can get you a face painter to paint all the kids’ faces. It will make the event a lot more fun. She will do one hour for $20 and 2 hours for $40.

Hotel Accommodations

We can recommend that you and your guests stay at Hotel Elegante. The rooms are around $80 if you tell them you’re having a party here. That’s really a great price because seasonally they can go as high as $120. The hotel is on Menaul and University and they will provide you a shuttle to and from our venue if you reserve it. They can also shuttle to and from the airport. Call them at 505 884 2511.

Linens

We can rent you ballroom linens. We have black, white and cream table cloths for $5 each. Silk runners in over 30 colors for $2 each, chair covers and sashes for $2.50 each. It’s only $10 for us to put on all the table cloths and runners and $40 for installing and removing the chair covers. You may of course bring your own.
Served hot at ABQPARTYSPACE or delivered anywhere in Albuquerque. We supply all the utensils, racks, sterno and we bus the area. We can also offer you a tasting.

 

Parking

We have a private parking lot right outside with over 200 spots. You will have plenty of time to bring in your supplies and such to decorate. At the end of the party, just take your gifts and any left over food and we clean up.

Party Times and Hours

Typical afternoon parties on Saturday and Sunday are 3 or 4 hours. Most popular times are 12-3, 1-4 or 12:30 to 3:30. You can add an hour for only $30 more but we have to end the afternoon parties at 4pm. You get two hours before your afternoon party to come in and decorate. The tables and chairs and lighting will already be set up. You just need to bring your food and decorations.

Evening parties on Friday and Saturday are typically 5 hours from either 6-11 or 7-12. We can give you the room already set up with tables at 4:30 You may add evening hours at $50 each. Sunday evening we usually do 5-8, 6-9 or 7-10 but can add an hour or two at $30 per hour.

Weekdays and weeknights you can have the room at any time as long as we are available. Most packages are 3 hours with 2 hours to set up free and you can add party hours for $30 each.

Plastic Table Covers

The West Room seats up to 116 with 11 tables. (8 if you’re having a kids’ party with the big jumper.) The East Room seats 144 with 14 tables, 11 if you’re doing the kiddie jumper. Tables are 60 inch diameter and seat 8-10 people. You can get 84 inch round table cloths at Dollar  Tree,

Professional DJ

You can run the music for any party here for free off of our state of the art sound system. All you need is a phone or a tablet. We supply the speakers, amps and wi-fi. If you want to bring your own DJ you certainly may. You can ask them to bring their own equipment of they can use ours.
If you’d like us to get you a professional DJ for any type of event we have about 5 or 6 who are skilled professionals and we can match you up with the person that will gel best with your event. Their fees are $60 per hour, guys.

Refund Policy

Your deposit is not refundable. This is how we are able to keep prices so low. If you need to cancel, and you do so in writing or in a text 60 days before the event you will not have to pay for the balance. If you need to change the day of your event and you do so in writing 60 ore more days in advance of your event we can use the deposit for the new date.

Warming Food

You may not cook your food here. But you can warm it up. We can give you two outlets for crock pots. We can also give you as many wire racks and aluminum pans as you need. Just bring your food in the standard size Costco/Sams Club pans and bring the little sterno cans to warm them.  We have plenty of racks and pans and water.

Alcohol Policy

All parties are private events. Guests and attendees are invited by the individuals hosting the events.
Hosts must bring their own beer wine or spirits prior to the event.
No alcohol may be brought into the facility once the event begins.
No sales of alcohol will take place in any form.
No cover charges of any type may be charged during an event where alcohol is being served.
Anything other than beer or wine will be mixed proportionately in accordance with State Law.
All alcohol will be served only by State licensed servers.
Anyone wishing to drink alcohol must show valid ID of 21. No exceptions.
No shots will be served. (Jello shots etc., are considered shots.)
Guests may obtain only one drink at a time.
Guests may not obtain drinks for other guests.
No open alcohol containers in any form may be removed from the premises.
All alcohol serving will cease at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
Pregnant women will not be served alcohol.
Servers or Management reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone.
Should any guest be caught giving alcohol to a minor they will be asked to leave immediately.
Anyone caught drinking alcohol outside the premises but on the property of the event facility will not be allowed back into the event.
